Coleslaw Recipe

1/2 c. mayo
2 T. sugar
1.5 T lemon juice
1 T vinegar
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 head cabbage, shredded.

Whisk together ingredients together and pour over shredded cabbage. Refrigerate 2 hours.
(I usually double for one head of cabbage, and sometimes add shredded carrots)

Grandma Nina whipped cream coleslaw

1 c. heavy whipping cream
2/3 c. white sugar
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 lbs shredded cabbage

Stir cream, sugar, vinegar, and salt together in a bowl until sugar and salt have dissolved; cover and refrigerate dressing for 30 minutes to blend flavors. Pour dressing over cabbage in a bowl, toss to combine, and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 2 hours
