2 T. oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
2 cloves garlic, minced
Heat oil in saucepan and saute veggies until tender. Add:
2 cans black beans (2 lbs)
1 tsp. oregano
1 pckg sazon goa (season salt)
1 T. cider vinegar
Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
