Chicken Salad


1/2 c. mayo
1 T. lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. chicken, diced, cooked
1 c. celery, chopped diagonally
2 c. grapes, cut in half
some cashew pieces
some green onions, chopped

Mix together. Add grapes just before serving for best crunch. Serve on croissants or cream puffs.
